Gluten - Delayed Reactions

Many people never make the connection between feeling ‘under the weather’ and eating food toxins. And that’s mostly because symptoms may take many hours to appear … sometimes it’s not till the following day. So unless you keep track of your foods (say with a food journal) you might never discover the solution to your ongoing sickness. But life is too short to feel seedy all the time! By carefully avoiding gluten say, for a week - most people notice good improvements and are quite surprised. But the real clincher is - when you reintroduce gluten to your diet - your body will let you know … with a sudden return of miseries like headache, bloating, chest infections or a general feeling of malaise.
